Cancellation Policy
KanBeauty Policies ☁️ By booking, you agree to the following: • Deposits: Strictly non-refundable. Appointments are only secured once paid. • Cancellations: 48hrs notice required to cancel or reschedule, or your deposit is forfeited. • No-Shows: Deposits are forfeited and future bookings may be refused. • Payment: Bank transfers must be completed before arrival [Acc name: Kanbeauty 77-70-67 00058998]. Cash payments must be the exact amount. • Lateness: Appointments 15+ minutes late may be cancelled and deposits forfeited. • Arrival: Arrive alone with completely clean, makeup-free lashes/brows. No waiting area available. • Infills: Must be booked within 3 weeks with a minimum of 40% lashes remaining. Foreign infills are not accepted. • Health: Disclose pregnancy, allergies, medical conditions, medications or recent eye procedures before booking. • Results: Retention and longevity vary depending on aftercare, lifestyle and natural lashes/brows. • Allergic Reactions: Free removal offered within 48hrs where appropriate. Completed services remain non-refundable. • Age Restrictions: Under 16s require a parent/guardian. Selected treatments are strictly 18+. • Refunds: Completed services are strictly non-refundable.
